On December 9th Carson turned 27 and Caryn turned 4. When we found out that we were pregnant with Caryn, Carson was on his first deployment to Iraq. He told me to have her on his birthday. I said something like yeah, whatever. Surprise surprise, she complied and they've been bonded ever since.
This years birthday celebration has been interesting, with doing one half way around the world and one here. We had a birthday party for Caryn. Lots of her friends showed up and she had a Care Bear cupcake cake. It was very yummy! Enjoy the pics!
And Carson called on his birthday and was able to open his presents on the phone with us. He loved his presents and was excited at some of the stuff that we were able to find and send him.
We sent him some pirate party favors. Looks good!
